Borghi Assali is now part of the Interpump Group

We are pleased and proud to inform our customers that the Interpump Group has acquired, through Reggiana Riduttori, a 70% stake in Borghi Assali Srl. The Borghi family will remain at the helm of the company, and, of course, nothing will change in the current management, which will continue to maintain the legacy of the company’s exceptionally high-quality products. Furthermore, this acquisition will allow our company to benefit from full synergy with all Interpump Group structures.
